OTV approached M&C Saatchi for a total channel revamp. Their current brand had several problems for their on-screeen presence, a lack of brand consistency and a  negative perception with their audience. The channel attracted a certain politically affiliated audience. Moving forward with their long-term vision of becoming an all encompassing channel that attracts the masses, the revamp needed to speak to all.

OTV champions its creed, by being objectively subjective. It values the real Lebanese essence. This has been translated by a portrayal of everyday life that all Lebanese experience through the 24-hour course of each day. It’s the buzz of Lebanese life!

 

Being a modern tv channel, OTV’s new identity boasts a minimalistic typographic approach giving emphasis to the full name OTV. The new identity has been revamped to attend a main issue with the old logo regarding its visibility on the screen, the new logo ensures visibility. The identity does not stop at the logo but the full visual system that entails the idents, the promos and the comprehensive news system and structure.
